Kathrin Winkler plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives across the product quality and compliance landscape. With a strong foundation in sustainability and innovation, Kathrin brings a rich background from her previous roles in CSRD project leadership and sustainability marketing at Grazer Energieagentur. She holds an MSc in Sustainability and Innovation Management, as well as a BSc in Environmental System Sciences & Business Administration from the University of Graz. Kathrin is also a certified CSR & Sustainability Manager and has completed advanced training in digital transformation through UC Berkeley Extension and TU Vienna.
Beata Koszarek
PLM Project Manager, home&you
With over a decade of experience in purchasing, Beata Koszarek has built extensive expertise across diverse product categories, from ceramics to table textiles and plush toys. Recognized for her strong cross-departmental collaboration skills, she took part in the implementation of the company’s first PLM system and, last year, served as Project Manager for the successful deployment of Centric. Her deep understanding of product lifecycle management and market-driven sourcing continues to drive operational efficiency and product excellence.
Michał Jaros
IT Director, home&you
An experienced IT leader with a product-oriented mindset, Michał Jaros currently serves as IT Director at home&you S.A. With a proven track record in aligning technology with business strategy, he leads an internal team and multiple external partners, driving organizational transformation and innovation.
Previously, Michał managed enterprise IT architecture across 41 countries at Avon, setting global standards; and led the business analysis team at DHL to improve operational efficiency. Passionate about cloud solutions and low-code/no-code platforms, he combines deep technical expertise with a strong foundation in enterprise architecture and IT governance, leveraging Agile methodologies to deliver scalable, business-driven outcomes.
