Centric Software Marks Fiscal Year Highlights

Centric Software, Inc., marked notable accomplishments in innovation and growth during its fiscal year 2013.

Company Highlights
Centric completed the successful fiscal year with several notable accomplishments.

Revenue growth: Centric experienced more than 80 percent global growth over the prior year, making it the industry’s fastest-growing PLM software vendor, says Groves.

Product award: Centric earned acknowledgement as the best PLM software product for the consumer products industry. The company received the Frost & Sullivan 2012 Global Product Differentiation Excellence Award in Retail, Fashion and Apparel Product Lifecycle Management.

Customer wins: Centric acquired new marquee customers in Europe and North America. The companies boast diverse business models (retail, brands and vertically integrated retailers) in multiple product categories: luxury, footwear, apparel, fast fashion, sporting equipment, technical climbing and camping gear, and consumer goods.

Geographic expansion: Centric continued its European expansion by establishing a presence in Spain, and building on its strength in Italy, UK, France and United States through staffing additions and/or customer acquisition.

Product expansion: Centric introduced four releases of its best-in-class PLM solution during the fiscal year, as well as two new web-based modules. The company also expanded its innovative family of PLM mobile applications.

Sample Review Mobile App: The easy-to-use tool lets users quickly view and edit sample and style data on any iOS-enabled mobile device, and save the markups to the Centric 8 PLM solution. The app speeds the often-tedious and error-prone sample review process.
Mobile App Software Developer’s Kit (SDK): The tool allows companies to manage communications between Centric’s mobile apps and the Centric 8 server. Companies can use the SDK to develop their own mobile apps or personalize existing Centric apps for their brand-specific needs.

Agile Deployment success: The groundbreaking implementation methodology for the Centric 8 PLM solution, based on agile principles, produced customer deployments within three to five months—up to five times faster than the typical time for a PLM implementation.

Implementation in the cloud: Centric achieved successful cloud deployment, marrying the flexibility of Centric’s solution with the dynamic capacity inherent in the cloud.
