US: Hampshire Group to Implement Centric Software PLM

US-based apparel manufacturer Hampshire Group has selected Centric Software’s product lifecycle management (PLM) solution as a company-wide tool to help support the growth of its business.

Hampshire Group, which supplies sportswear under the Aeropostale, Dockers and Panama Jack brands, will implement the web-based Centric 8 PLM suite.

It will work across the company’s internal and external users, including its Honduran manufacturing facility, and will be used by the merchandising, design, technical design, production, materials management, sourcing, quality, marketing, sales and executive teams.

The software will provide Hampshire Group with “one source of truth” and should help with more accurate reporting, while eliminating extensive spreadsheet use and duplication of efforts.
