Sansan Speeds Up Product Costing Process by 50% with Centric PLM

Indonesian garment manufacturer and exporter successfully goes live with Centric PLM in just three months

Solihin shares, “We remained flexible and aligned our business processes based on Centric’s best practices, which sped up the implementation and went live after three months.”    

Andi Syarif, Costing Controller at Sansan highlighted how Centric PLM enabled the teams to gain better visibility into BOM data and accelerated the costing process by at least 50%. “There’s better visibility into BOM data and costing from other teams, which allows us to make necessary adjustments quickly. In the past, responding to buyers’ requests could take two to three days, but with the adoption of Centric PLM, we can now complete the task within one day,” Syarif says.  

Sansan believes that the quicker response time is significant for remaining competitive in the market and getting more orders. “We can offer buyers the best price with shorter wait times, negotiate based on their needs and ultimately close the orders,” Solihin states.
