Meet Centric Software's executive management team
Fabrice Canonge joined Centric Software in 2004, leading European operations. In 2019 he took up the role of Executive VP of Global Sales and Marketing before becoming COO in 2020, President in 2023 and CEO in 2025. With more than 20 years of experience in business development for software companies, Fabrice has particular expertise in the apparel, high-fashion, luxury goods and retail industries. He has played a major role in the growth of Centric, and particularly in the acquisition of key new customers, go-to market strategy and expansion to new countries.
Laurent Dubuisson joined Centric in August 2000 and is leading a global team of Client Services Consultants across 5 continents. Since joining Centric, Laurent has been instrumental in helping the company grow in Europe to become the global leader of PLM solutions for retail, fashion, footwear and luxury goods makers that it is today.
Ravi Rangan joined Centric as CTO in 2005 through the acquisition of Product Sight Corp., a company he co-founded. Ravi is a highly acclaimed expert in PLM technology with PLM deployment experience in multiple industries including Fashion, FMCG, auto/aero, high technology, medical device, and oil & gas. He is Past Chair of ASME’s Computers and Information in Engineering Division and is a founding Editorial Board Member of JCISE. He was elected Fellow of ASME (2011), and to Georgia Tech’s Academy of Distinguished Engineering Alumni (2008) for his contributions to PLM.
Humberto Roa joined Centric in 1999, holding positions including Business Consultant, Product Manager and Director of Mobile Products and Innovation before taking on the role of VP of Innovation in 2015. Humberto leads Centric Software’s innovation, mobile and cloud initiatives.
Kristen Salaun-Batby joined Centric Software as Marketing Director for EMEA in 2016. Kristen advanced to Senior Marketing Director, EMEA in 2021, VP Marketing, EMEA in 2024, then to Global VP of Marketing before being named Chief Marketing Officer. With 25 years’ international experience and readiness to meet a challenge head-on, Kristen’s steady leadership and proven expertise in the global B2B tech environment informs her successful, strategic approach to marketing and commitment to driving growth.
Vincent Picou joined Centric Software in 2024 as VP of Personalization before becoming Chief AI Officer, leading the company's AI strategy and transformation. A serial entrepreneur, Vincent co-founded and sold two tech startups, the second of which was acquired by Dassault Systèmes in 2013. At Dassault Systèmes, he served as CEO of 3DVIA where he created HomeByMe, a 3D home design platform for retail that achieved industry-wide adoption by millions of users.
Christophe Therrey is Chief Revenue Officer at Centric Software. He joined the company in 2014 as Sales Director of the EMEAR region. His proven track record of delivering results and exceeding revenue and profit goals saw his rise to SVP of EMEAR. With over 25 years of experience in the consumer goods sector, Christophe has led and transformed sales organizations across diverse regions and industries utilizing his strengths of strategic analysis, sales development, CRM and international business savvy.
Tom Lavin joined Centric Software in 2026 as Chief Financial Officer. He possesses a powerhouse pedigree from SAP, where he held critical global finance leadership roles that spanned almost 25 years. His industry experience runs the gamut from IT to public accounting, financial services, telecommunications, global trade, government and non-profit. Tom brings deep analytical rigor and a global, customer-centric perspective.
Marina Stavrinides joined Centric Software in 2020 and currently serves as EVP General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. A qualified (non-practicing) solicitor in England and Wales, Marina has over 20 years of international, multilingual generalist expertise in fast-paced tech companies such as PTC. She has built a distinguished career working with corporations across Europe, North America, EMEA, APAC, the Middle East and Africa. Marina leads the legal team with a hands-on approach, ensuring compliance and providing strategic legal guidance across the organization's global operations.
Kerim Ispir joined Centric Software in 2024 as Geographic Lead for Eurocentral and now serves as Senior Vice President leading the PXM Business. With nearly two decades of global experience building scalable B2B Software solutions, he drives the vision and strategy behind Centric PXM. As co‑founder and former COO of RE’FLEKT, Kerim brings deep expertise in turning complex information into intuitive user experiences, enabling Centric PXM customers to streamline operations, accelerate product readiness, achieve higher conversion and exceptional product experiences across every channel.
Simone Pozzi has over 20 years’ experience in driving customer value through the implementation of innovative AI, planning, pricing and inventory management solutions in the fashion, specialty and retail industries. He joined Centric in 2021 through the acquisition of the planning company he had co-founded, Armonica Retail. He previously served as CEO of TXT Retail (now part of Aptean) and held leadership roles at Geox, Oracle Retail, SAS/Marketmax and i2 Technologies (now part of Blue Yonder).
