What did their journey with PLM look like?

Delvaux was founded in 1829 and is the oldest leather goods brand in the world which has continuously been in business. The brand is based on its heritage, its history and its roots in Belgium. “We’ve managed to keep our brand intact across the world wherever we have stores,” explains Fallière.
Seeking Coherent Data
Despite its success, behind the scenes teams at Delvaux were frustrated with tedious admin that was holding them back from their jobs. “When I arrived two and a half years ago, access to information, the idea of working simultaneously from synchronised, coherent, complete information was very complicated,” says Fallière. “The idea of having a database of information that was up-to-date, a database that was accessible to everyone in real-time, well it’s key to growing our business.”
