A successful luxury & PLM event in Paris!
Over 30 luxury experts gathered together at the hotel Castille located in the very famous rue Cambon in Paris for a roundtable with Carven and Nina Ricci, organized by Centric Software. Nina Ricci’s Operations Director, Emmanuel Debaene and Carven’s Purchasing Director, Claude Sztykman shared real-life lessons learned 2 years after implementing Centric PLM. Here are the main takeaways of this interactive morning session.
Implemented in only 4 months across its entire product range (ready to wear, accessories, leather goods and footwear), Centric PLM has become an indispensable tool, used daily by all those involved in the product development process at Carven: “Overall the feedback from our teams is very positive. With Centric PLM they are more productive because they spend less time on administrative tasks and have more time to focus on product management. Our users are already hungry for more and are asking us to go further with the system! With Centric we share a common methodology. It also allows our management team to have a global view at every step of the collection and enables everyone to work with a single, consolidated and reliable source of information,” says Sztykman.
“Centric allows us to better manage deadlines, and to have a global overview that drives our activities at a macro and at a micro level. Centric’s Agile Deploymenttm is really adapted to our industry’s evolving needs. We also use their mobile apps for PLM: Sample Review, Capture It and Collection Book. We really appreciated the fact that our Centric project was delivered on-time and on-budget. In the end, the time saved can be applied to value-added activities,” ends Debaene.
