We are looking for a Marketing Manager – UK & Nordics to join our marketing team at a high growth B2B technology company who lives and breathes innovation!

Centric Software specializes in technology innovations for fashion, outdoor and other fast-moving consumer goods markets to help them design, develop and bring their best products to market.

This is a new position and is part of our super cool and rockin’ EMEA Field Marketing team. Reporting to our EMEA Marketing Director who is responsible for our marketing and communications strategy and execution across the entire region, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by generating leads and building awareness.

‪‪The day to day:

‪Build and execute the Marketing plan in UK & Nordics in line with the sales and marketing strategy for EMEA. Be it ABM on Top accounts, advertising or marketing campaigns – have a 360° on our targeted markets.

  • Build the plan including any marketing/communication tactics which can generate leads and support the business.
  • Execute all activities:
  • Event coordination & logistics: Understand requirements for each particular event taking into consideration local cultures and markets.
  • Plan promotional activities (identify targets in Salesforce, build targets & campaigns in Pardot, build emails, ramp up, reminders…) according to the operational plan and follow-up activities
  • Communicate with the sales team, coordinate with various marketing departments & regions
  • Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
  • Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
  • Lead generation campaigns:
  • Inbound: design lead generation, nurture, ABM campaigns dedicated to prospects and customers.
  • Outbound: quarterly newsletters, communication campaigns, holiday cards…
  • Follow up actions
  • Build a network of partners – market associations, influencers….
  • Other types of marketing actions such as database management, market analysis etc.
  • This position will grow to manage one or more people

 

Required skills:

  • ‪8 – 10 years’ experience in B2B marketing, marketing technology.
  • ‪Business School degree or equivalent in Marketing
  • You are a Sales oriented Marketing Professional understanding how to choose what will make an impact on sales.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing operations.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Inbound and marketing automation practices (Pardot preferred) and use of CRM (Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated, detailed- oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines and targets – all this in a fast-paced environment
  • Autonomous and ability to work independently.
  • Super energetic, happy and not afraid of a challenge
  • Be ready to join an exciting international team and support our continued growth!
  • Experience working with vendors and managing budgets
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Good communication and collaboration skills (negotiation ability is a plus)
  • Languages: English + Swedish

Note that this is a home office-based role so you must be comfortable working from home and must be available to travel as needed.  A home office is a must. A home office space and fast internet connection are mandatory.

Some traveling will be required.

The position is based in the UK.
