We are looking for an Inside Sales to join an awesome marketing team at a high growth B2B technology company who lives and breathes innovation! Business is booming and we need more help in Europe.

This is a new position and is part of our super cool and rockin’ EMEA Field Marketing team. Reporting to our EMEA Marketing Director who is responsible for our marketing and communications strategy and execution across the entire region, you will be responsible for moving our leads forward so as they become sales ready. We put in place a lot of different campaigns in place to generate marketing qualified leads which need to be qualified before passing them to our sales team.

The day to day

 You love picking up your phone and battling it out with switchboards to get to the right person. You spend your time thinking about ways to get people to register to events or agree to 20-minute first discovery meetings with the sales team and even get the names and contact details of the decision makers.

  • Research to build prospect lists (by cold calling/internet research) for us to invite targets to our events
  • Call prospects and secure event attendance
  • Cold calling our list of MQLs – Marketing Qualified leads – to qualify them to be sales ready.
  • Report on the activity within our system – Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Meet objectives on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis: Generate sales ready leads.

Required skills:

  • Min 2 years’ experience
  • Hands on experience in cold calling in France and the UK – in French and English, must be fluent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, etc.)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • A clear understanding and advance knowledge/usage of prospecting tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Inside View, Google Search, etc.
  • Able to tell us a good joke on the first interview
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Languages: French mother tongue and fluent English
  • Super energetic, happy and not afraid of a challenge
